Please be sure to check out the Refund Policy section under our Terms and Conditions, as we have today updated the policy making it easier to claim back money for cancelled or unwanted web hosting accounts. We can now provide web hosting vouchers for the remaining time on the plan you purchased.
Pricing Changes
Our new pricing structure came into force today, and new applications will adhere to these changes. Please be aware that all current clients will continue to be charged the amount set during sign-up unless the client chooses to join the new payment plans.
