Before we begin, we’d like to say a massive welcome to the new clients who have joined us over the last few months; it’s fantastic to watch you all build and develop your websites while we develop ours.
First of all, we’d like to introduce you to our new support address support@rigrag.com. Over the past several months, we have experienced difficulties with communications due to mail server issues and broken contact forms; we can finally set aside these issues with our new mail system, which works the same as always. Our personalised support email addresses are still in tact, with more information here.
Today also marks a significant update in our Terms and Conditions. Both our knowledge and our clientele has grown since our last update, and we have therefore reflected these experiences in our new changes, alongside the removal and streamlining of sections; we now have just seven paragraphs, and we shall continue to streamline our terms to make them simpler and easier to read and negotiate.
Finally, we’d like to update you to our Price Promise policy. Last year, we made a pledge to not to increase our prices or offer mass discounts during holiday periods, making it fairer for all of our clients; we know first-hand how annoying it is when you pay $20 for something, only to see it reduced to $10 a week later. It’s great to confirm that we will maintain our current prices until at least February 2013 – only then will we discuss as a business, and with selected clients, whether our current pricing structure is working.
